When ordering remember the more
info you give us as regards sizes the easier it is for us to get
it right for you first time. Use the order comments box
in check out to give extra measurements such as waist,
hips, bust, Inside leg from crutch to centre of knee for armoured
jeans. Inside leg from crutch to ankle bone for armoured and padded
jeans (allows for boots).
Website Ordering Problems: Should
you be experiencing problems when ordering on our website please

Our Mainland UK Delivery: With
orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Thurs) we aim to have your parcel
delivered next day before 6pm (subject only to our stock).
Tuesdays to Fridays. No Mondays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Parcels
are sent by Courier and have to be signed for. It is important when
placing an order that you also arrange for someone to be there at
the address given within these times if you are not available yourself.
If no one can be there you must leave a signed note on the door
for the courier to leave the parcel with an adjacent
neighbour who can sign the acceptance on your behalf.
When ordering you can also state in the order comments box
in check out the day and date you wish to receive the parcel
if you think you will not be available the next day.
Small Items (e.g. gloves)
are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post.
Ordering from outside
UK: We accept orders from all over the world, however,
the postage cost will vary depending on which country you are wanting
your order delivered to. In order for us to give you the best price
and service please complete the order form with your correct registered
payment and delivery address. Ignore the fact that it will still
say United Kingdom. We will then contact you with the best postage
rates available at that time. We will not process the order until
accepted by you.
Should no-one be in when the
parcel arrives the courier will leave a calling card
for you to call the depo. The parcel can then be picked up from
the depo by yourself after producing identity. If you require the
courier to re-deliver the parcel they are at there liberty to charge
again if they so wish. (but do not always if on route)
Over water deliveries for the
U.K are made by parcel force, or Royal Mail and normally take 2
days for small first class parcels (e.g. camisole tops, gloves etc)
larger parcels can take up to 4 days (working days).
Our returns policy is simple,
if you have ordered the wrong size and require an exchange for another
size or a different style simply send it back with the original
invoice and a covering letter as to what you now require. Upon receipt
of the same we will process your new order immediately (depending
on stock) and debit or credit any difference in price + P&P.
If an occasion arises where we are at fault for sending the wrong
size, style, or faulty item we will of course refund any postage
and post the new item back free of charge.
Refunds. Should on the rare occasion we are unable
to satisfy your requirements,or the goods sent are not suitable
please call
024 7647 0784 10am until 4pm 7 days, immediately after
trying them, you will then be given a reference to return them by
any post you choose. Providing we receive them back in good condition
with all labels etc still intact within 7 working days of you receiving
them the full purchase price of the item will be credited to your
account.
This does not effect
your statuary rights.
